Large Group, Fall 09
What does the Bible have to say about dating? Absolutely nothing. Our challenge as Christians, then, is "to think biblically about an activity that isn't in the Bible." Join us every Tuesday night this fall at 7:30 pm in the Varsity (HT) as we focus on how the Gospel shapes our view and practice of dating, sex, and marriage. If you've never been to one of our meetings, this is what you can expect. We gather together to know and worship God. There is singing, announcements, prayer, readings from God's Word, and preaching. Our meetings usually last around an hour. If you are trying to figure out what you believe about Jesus, we try our best to show you what Christians are like, to speak in ways that make sense and are meaningful, and to allow you the room you need to wrestle with the claims of Christianity. We believe that if you join us to know more of God in your life, then you will. Our large group meetings will begin on Sept. 1. See you soon.
