RUF Float Trip
Dates: September 3, 2010 through September 4, 2010
Here's the skinny:
We will be leaving on Friday afternoon after class, driving down to New Braunfels, TX. We're staying in a cabin at T-Bar M (http://www.tbarm.com/), and perhaps playing a little night ultimate frisbee, silent football, etc. We'll wake up leisurely on Saturday morning, get breakfast at the resort, float the Guadalupe, eat a late lunch/ early dinner in Gruene, TX (http://www.gruenetexas.com/) and come back on Saturday evening.
If you've never seen anything but the flat part of Texas or travelled past Northpark Mall, this is a great opportunity to go somewhere new and still make it back for two days before classes get rolling again.
